SoluForm, part of Hoben International Ltd, supplies prefilled concrete bagwork for riverbank scour protection, void filling, underpinning and the formation of headwalls to culverts and bridges, or protection of riverbanks, walls and bridges.

SoluForm offers a range of cost-effective, simple-to-use solutions for the hand placement of concrete in rivers and similar bodies of water, where there is a desire or need to place concrete cleanly, in an environmentally-acceptable manner.

Such hand-placed bagwork may be needed for scour protection, void filling, underpinning to a structure subject to scour, the formation of headwalls to culverts and bridges, or the creation and protection of riverbanks and walls.

From its ISO-accredited concrete production and bagging facilities in Derbyshire, SoluForm is able to bag up and distribute a range of bagwork options, eliminating the need for contractors to bag up concrete themselves, on site.

Bagwork products are prefilled with a choice of concrete grades, ranging from a 32N high-strength structural concrete to a 12N general civils concrete. SoluForm also supplies the bagwork in a range of bagwork options. It is the company's intention to increase both its range and capacity, to increase the number of design mixes it can offer.

In addition to the bags, SoluForm also supplies ancillary steelwork, needed to strengthen the finished blockwork, or place lined bagwork underwater.
