FlexiRoot is highly versatile and durable root barrier, that is economical, very flexible and easy to use. With an impressive 4409 N puncture resistance, FlexiRoot is suitable for bamboo barrier, tree root deflection and Japanese knotweed encapsulation.

FlexiRoot is formed from a woven HDPE base material, reinforced and coated with a triple layer of LDPE film. Like any highly flexible, non-permeable root barrier it is recommended that this product is used in conjunction with a protective sand layer or protective geotextile in most situations.

When using FlexiRoot as a bamboo barrier, ensure that the root barrier is protruding more than 100mm above ground level. Bamboo rhizome (areal roots) will try to extend over barriers placed in their way, therefore it is important to periodically inspect the root barrier and the bamboo activity.
