FortSeal® asphalt sealer and preservative is a fast-setting emulsion that covers small cracks and surface voids, enriching the bitumen and reducing ravelling.

It seals the surface against water penetration, blackens the surface to add differentiation to asphalt lanes and renews the appearance of aged bitumen pavements that have become dry and brittle.

FortSeal® has a low viscosity, which means it flows easily into cracks and voids.
