FortSeal

A cost-effective preservation material for tough economic times! 

Fortseal, a specially formulated hard polymer-modified bitumen emulsion, is sprayed onto the road surface by conventional spray tanker at a low rate of spread.  It seals the road surface, helping to arrest further deterioration of the carriageway surface.

LockChip

Extends the life of a newly surface dressed road.

LockChip is a preservation material for application on to a new surface dressing to further prolong its life.  It is particularly useful in "stressed" areas such as junctions and bends.  Applied, usually after the second sweep, LockChip is sprayed onto the road surface by conventional spray tanker at a low rate of spread.

FortCoat

A premium grade binder for use in surface dressing.

PoBiit

An intermediate grade binder for use in surface dressing.

PolyBond

A range of polymer-modified bond coats, which provide greater adhesion between asphalt layers than conventional emulsions.

BituChem Asphalt manufactures NatraTex coloured asphalt. NatraTex is used as an alternative to conventional black asphalt, block paving or resin materials. NatraTex is available in a wide range of colours and is suitable for many applications including footpaths, cycleways, trafficked areas and MUGAs.
