Transparent noise barriers make an effective yet aesthetic contribution towards reducing sound emission.
The CLEARSoundBlok® ABSORPTIVE barrier considerably reduces the noise level in the area behind the wall. This unique barrier design offers all the benefits of a clear system whilst also offering an absorptive surface which is critical in certain locations.
CLEARSoundBlok® ABSORPTIVE with its transparency, light weight and formability, fits harmoniously into the environment.
Advantages
- Absorptive system: the unique design offers a transparent absorptive noise barrier system.
- Design freedom: the simple and inexpensive mode of fabrication offered by the sheets, such as thermoforming, cutting to size and drilling or surface treatment, provides practically unlimited creative scope.
- Safety: transparent noise barriers help to increase road safety. The light-transmitting sheets cast no harsh shadows onto the roadway. Drivers stay in touch with the environment and have a clear view of their surroundings.
- Optical variety: available in seven standard colours; special colours can be provided on request.
- Graffiti: spray paints can be removed from. Gramm recommends softening graffiti with a water-soluble paint thinner before washing off with plenty of water.
