Vic bollard, made by the Italian manufacturer Lab23 and distributed in the UK by All Urban, is a range of outdoor products designed to enhance public spaces. Vic is a special shaped bollard, composed of a single shaped steel plate to create a particular effect of staggered lines. Atop a soft curve it closes the form.

A base plate accommodates the dish bent and serves as an anchor to the ground. Given the closed form of the dissuader VIC also can be used as bike rack.
