Handspring designs, manufactures and installs tree seats in bespoke and standard designs.
The oak circular tree seat is part of a range of seats and benches produced by Handspring that are based on the same design.
The individual seat and back 'keys' are profiled and the back angled at 10° to the seat to make them comfortable They are also cut in a wedge shape to maintain the same gap between each key.
The frame is all oak, and the circular rails that support the keys are steam-bent glue-laminated.
