The ASF 650 trough system can be used to house any bollard of any size or material, but is most often used for steel bollards. This system is ideal for temporary access or vehicle security where ground clearance is an important factor.
The trough lid is fully lockable in the fold-down position and acts as a locking mechanism when the bollards are upright.
Manufactured in 275 carbon steel from recycled sources and finished galvanised, ASF 650 troughs are durable and long-lasting and, as standard, are designed to take a 1.5 ton impact at 10mph (when using a steel bollard).
ASF can also work with its structural engineers to manufacture site-specific trough systems with higher loading and / or impact capabilities to meet just about any required standards.
