Rocwall is a precast interlocking reinforced concrete panel system faced with natural stone, used for constructing retaining and free-standing walls. Panels are tongued and grooved for secure placement and are manufactured with customisable finishes to meet aesthetic and planning requirements.
Faced with hand-set natural stone in a choice of sizes, types, and finishes for a locally appropriate appearance.
Panels can be single- or double-sided and are also available with exposed aggregate or textured concrete finishes.
Tongue and groove joints ensure alignment and stability without the need for straps or bonding compounds.
Designed in accordance with BS EN 1997-1:2004 to retain materials with unit weights up to 18?kN/m³ and friction angles >35°.
Withstands superimposed loads of 10?kN/m² or a surcharge angle up to 30° from horizontal.
Installed on a reinforced concrete foundation using stainless steel resin-grouted anchors for structural security.
Manufactured to dimensional tolerances based on BS EN 1992-1-1:2004, with custom sizes available on request.
