The Compact Terra Barrier is a drop-arm HVM barrier that looks like a standard car park barrier. It has been successfully impact tested to PAS 68:2010 specifications. It is hydraulically driven, providing a reliable, strong product.

The Compact Terra Barrier bridges the gap between Frontier Pitts' Heavy Duty HB Automatic Barrier and the company's original PAS 68 Automatic Terra Barrier.

It has successfully stopped a 3500kg N1 vehicle travelling at 30mph (48kph), which equates to 311kJ. On impact, the barrier stopped the vehicle within the aperture.

The hydraulically operated automatic barrier comprises of an aluminium boom with the latest PST (Perimeter Security Technology). A lower folding skirt is included as standard.

It is designed for easy installation and maintenance and can be interfaced to any access control systems.
