ThermaBeam™ is an insulated concrete flooring system, designed for ground floors in domestic and residential buildings. It integrates high-performance expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation with structural grade reinforced concrete, forming a continuous insulated surface. Made with C45/55 concrete, the system eliminates air gaps to minimise heat loss. The insulation extends to the wall cavity, improving thermal continuity at the wall-floor junction.
