Working for Global Infrastructure Scotland Ltd, with Tony Gee as designers, the gabion basket retaining wall is 110m long and retains up to 3m in height, with a face area of 312m2 and overall volume of 462m3.
Construction was completed on time and on budget, even with the seasonal weather playing its part.
