In one area of the quayside there was a stepped access on an offset / corner section to a pontoon jetty at water level. ASF were tasked with designing a 'Norwegian Gate' that not only held the curved profile of the quayside posts, but

ASF were tasked with designing a 'Norwegian Gate' that not only held the curved profile of the quayside posts, but also worked around the two 90 degree angles of the offset corner, with the gate posts making up the directional changes themselves
