A double-sided unit, the Parallel Rails offer space for two users to simultaneously try an intense, controlled upper body strength workout. By utilising their own body weight, the Parallel Rails can be used for a rigorous workout building muscle and strengthening the upper body and arms.

Instructions

  • With both hands, tightly grip on to the bar

  • Lift the body up and lower it down using your arms and shoulders

  • Do not lock elbows
