  • Co-ordination of services with the architect, M&E (Mechanical Engineering), and the Site Contractor to ensure projects run smoothly, enabling the client to have as much input as they wish.
  • Site-specific method statements and risk assessments.
  • The same person looks after the client from the initial design to project completion.
  • On completion of the installation, a project-specific Operation and Maintenance manual is provided.
  • Maintenance contracts are included for both internal and garden installations where Tills Innovations visits the site and overhauls the water feature or fountain to enable easy maintainance by the client in between.
  • An after-sales service strives to ensure any spares required or technicians are on site in two days.

As professional water feature installers, all workmen have the required CSCS cards, trained first aider on site, stringent training including confined spaces, asbestos awareness.
