tuffjoint® is a cement-based, dry application jointing mortar for paths, patios and driveways, suitable for porcelain, sandstone, concrete and granite paving. Made without resins or polymers. Supplied in 12.5kg tubs, with coverage up to 39m². No mixing required; sweep into joints and mist with water to set.

Installation

Sweep dry mortar into joints using a squeegee or brush

Remove excess mortar before misting with water. Dry mortar can be returned the tub for future use

Apply water using a hose set to fine mist until water pools on the surface

Use a Washboy to clean the paving units

Do not install in rain; cover area if rain is forecast within 6 hours

Can be used on damp paving but may require topping up joints
