Weholite is spirally wound pipe or flat panel, manufactured from corrosion-resistant HDPE, to provide a light weight, engineered solution with superior loading capacity that is chemically inert and provides a projected 120-year design life.

Weholite products are used in a wide variety of applications including stormwater attenuation tanks, pumping stations, soakaways, flood relief culverts and CSO flood alleviation schemes, in particular for housing developments. Designed for both online and offline situations, these systems have been utilised by most of the major developers and adopted by all of the UK Water Companies.

Weholite products are also used in the Water Industry Capital Investment Programme (AMP) for water management infrastructure, and on major surface water drainage projects including highways development and repair, Network Rail improvements, Schools Building Programme, Energy from Waste projects and CSO flood alleviation for properties on the DG5 register.

Through adherence to the current edition of both Sewers for Adoption and the Civil Engineering Specification for the Water Industry (CESWI) as the guideline documents for this sector, projects can be approved under sections 104, 106 and 38 with both Water Companies and Local Authorities.
