tufffix® is a flowable slurry mortar made for repairing and stabilising joints in old paving. Fills voids and cracks to structurally repair damaged or loose paving without full relaying. Quick to apply in three steps and suitable for setts, slabs, flags, and blocks on paths, patios, pavements, and driveways.

Applications

  • Repairing joints and stabilising loose paving on paths, patios, pavements, and driveways

Installation

  • Remove loose material and clean joints, ideally with a pressure washer

  • Mix 1L water per sachet in a tub, add sachet, and mix

  • Pour mortar onto wet paving and spread to fill joints

  • Remove excess with a squeegee or sponge float

  • Keep surface wet during application and cleaning

  • Mix and apply one sachet at a time, use within 15 minutes at 20ºC
