To lock - lift lid - slide the bollard into the ground socket - engage hasp and staple.
To secure - attach a padlock (padlock not supplied).
To remove dis-engage hasp and staple - lift out bollard with integral handle - close lid to remove trip hazard.
An additional ground socket can be supplied to store removed bollards at another location.
