Carnsew Quarry produces coarse-grained silver-grey granite products. Sited on the Carnmenellis intrusion, it is Cornwall's largest inland quarry.
Dry stone silver grey granite products for construction applications range from very large rock armour for coastal erosion protection to bulk fill, gabion fill and sub-base aggregates.

Carnsew granite has been used in several rock armour projects along the south coast.
Rock armour up to 10 tonnes in weight can be directly transported to target beaches by barge and tug.
The quarry is equipped with stone coating and ready mix plants.
Material can be prepared to customers' own specifications if required.
