ChildsPlay® range of playground surfacing can be installed as part of new projects, and over existing surfaces, on flat ground or irregular mounds and slopes. The VHAF NottSward safe surfacing carpet system is installed over a range of base components, including NottsFilm Stiff, NottsBase EPP, sub-base stone, and either concrete or asphalt, with varying depths to suit specific needs and fall heights up to 3m.
EPP (expanded polypropylene) tiles used for critical fall height protection are 100% recyclable.
Design options
Patterns, themes and games can be included in the design of the vibrant and tactile artificial turf carpet to promote thought, exercise, social interaction and friendship.
Due to the flexibility and ease of installation, mounds and ramps can be included in playground design.
