Nicospan is a prefabricated, double-weave revetment fabric made from strong, UV-stabilised monofilament yarns, heat-sealed to form a series of open pockets so that 75 or 100mmø timber posts can be installed.

Nicospan is designed specifically for vertical bank protection at the water’s edge and is ideal where access to the watercourse is limited.

Nicospan is a low-cost solution for use around lake edges, ponds, rivers, canals and small watercourses. Dredging material can also be used as backfill to save on additional materials.

Greenfix supplies Nicospan in rolls 1m x 100m or 2m x 100m.

Posts (not supplied by Greenfix) are spaced at 0.5m sections.
