Vertical Hit and Miss fencing panels from Jacksons are made from Jakcure treated softwood and carry a 25-year guarantee.

Hit and Miss is named because of the way the pales are fixed to alternating sides of the panel, creating an overlapping pattern.

In its vertical orientation the pales are fixed vertically.

Both sides of the panel have the same design so there is no "bad side" to the fence.

The Hit and Miss style has approximately 15% wind load reduction as the gaps in the structure allow wind to pass through the panels.

About the panel

Vertical Hit and Miss panels are so called due to the pales being affixed to alternative sides of the panel creating a hit and miss design. In its vertical orientation the pales are fixed vertically onto the panel.

Part of our good both sides range, both sides of the panel have the same design, so you and your neighbour have the best-looking side of the fence. Built using planed boards so the finish is smooth and gives a high-quality feel. An advantage of the Hit and Miss style is that the slatted panel design has an approx. 15% wind load reduction as the gaps between the pales allows air to pass through.

Vertical Hit and Miss panel boards run vertically rather than our alternative Horizontal Hit & Miss.
