HMS is a family-run business with a trading history spanning over 30 years to date. What makes us a specialist resin surfacing contractor? Well, with our origins in highways related works, and our more recent expansion into all things decorative resin, we offer a wide range of specialist and lesser-known surfacing, safety and repair products to a broad spectrum of markets.

Our client base includes local authorities across the whole of the UK, national home-builders, main contractors, developers, the public sector, architects, and high specification domestic customers.

We employ and train all of our in-house staff to maintain quality and consistency across our installation teams. Operatives are NVQ qualified and hold CSCS cards as a minimum.

Highway Surfacing

HMS offers a wealth of highway related safety and repair systems to include high friction surfacing (enhanced slip resistance at junctions and roundabouts etc.), coloured surfacing for cycle lanes, bus routes and other safety demarcation, as well as a wide range of Flexi®Range specialist fibre reinforced carriageway repair, suitable for preserving and extending the life of concrete and asphaltic road surfaces from hairline cracking, potholes through to full depth repairs.

Resin bound and resin bonded surfacing

HMS offers a selection of porous and non-porous resin-based systems suitable for all types of hard standing. Our Decra® range offers a contemporary alternative to more traditional paving options and meets with SUDS compliancy in line with government guidelines.

Using the best quality UV stable resin binders and globally sourced natural aggregates we offer one of the largest ranges in the UK for supply and fit.

Wetpour Safety Surfacing

With safety at the forefront of design, HMS offers specialist wet-pour EPDM safety surfacing for use in critical fall height risk assessed environments such as playgrounds, parks and other areas where apparatus is installed. Available in a wide variety of colours and finishes, including bespoke blends and pre-formed designs and company logos etc.
