The Bike Storage Company's collaboration in Stevenage with Parkway Construction MK is a great example of problem-solving design. It combines functionality, sustainability, and a clean, modern aesthetic to meet the needs of Centric Business Park, a growing urban development.
The Project
Set on Gunnels Wood Road, the project called for carefully considered bike storage solutions to help future-proof the site and support the community’s shift toward greener, more active lifestyles.
The Bike Storage Company were asked to design and install a range of bespoke bin, plant, and cycle stores. Each one needed to be practical, robust, and suit the overall look and feel of the development without compromising sustainability.
What Was Delivered
Working closely with the client, The Bike Storage Company delivered a complete package of custom-built BREEAM-compliant storage units manufactured in Britain. Every unit was bespoke and built with longevity in mind, using hot-dipped galvanised steel and powder-coated to BS EN ISO 1461:2022 finishes to ensure it withstands the UK elements.
