Urbancrete precast concrete benches were specified for the private green amenity space areas in the building courtyards and public pedestrianised plaza for the mixed use residential and commercial development at Adamstown.

Kerry, Rossa, Delaware and Chesterfield benches plus Canterbury Triangle seating were used with bespoke skate stoppers to create a varied but harmonious outdoor seating scheme that helps promote community and inclusivity.

The exposed concrete aggregate finish and Cumaru hardwood slats contribute to a modern aesthetic that echoes and contrasts with the green lawns and planting.
