AquaCell NG installed in record time at 110 home development for Bellway Homes

When M & J Evans won the contract with Bellway Homes they committed to building in a sustainable way, showing commitment to the needs of the community. They needed a stormwater management system that also delivered on this promise.

They sought a stormwater solution for the 110 home development that would mitigate the strain of excessive flooding and the impact this would have on drainage systems.

Challenges

M & J Evans needed to find a stormwater solution that had strong sustainability credentials while still providing optimum functionality, ease of installation and long term use.

With many houses being built on the site they needed to work quickly and efficiently without impacting on other trades also working on the site. There was limited storage space on site and limited access times for deliveries.

The tank installation had to be completed within five days so the modular AquaCell NG presented a tried and tested solution that met their all needs.
