Challenge

Trueform was approached to assist in the development of some unique, highly-bespoke outdoor advertising MUPIs by Al Arabia Outdoor and Zaha Hadid Design.

Solution

Drawing on its expertise in the design of outdoor digital displays, Trueform worked closely with a team of engineers and the clients to develop a fully-engineered and validated display solution.

Measuring over 4m-high, and housed within a custom-formed ductal shell (mirroring ZHD’s concept), Trueform fully integrated a 3 x 2m LED outdoor display to one face, and an outdoor 75” LCD to the rear, incorporating touch screen capability. Bespoke illumination features were also incorporated, and the internal air-conditioned envelope was designed in collaboration with independent cooling experts to ensure 24/7 performance in a highly demanding environment.
