Newport Girls High School is one of the country’s leading girls’ grammar schools. With a clear emphasis on success both inside and outside the classroom, their students achieve highly and make the most of opportunities to see the world and make life-lasting friendships.

The school had recently contacted NBB in need of a practical cycle shelter. The school was actively trying to encourage more of their students to cycle to school and felt that a high-quality cycle shelter would help students to store their bikes safely, protecting the bikes from theft & vandalism as well as shielding them against adverse weather conditions.

After working closely with the school and identifying the right location and requirements for the shelter it was decided that a 4 metre Kimmeridge Cycle Shelter would be the best option to fulfil their needs, comfortably accommodating 12 bikes.

The shelter and the bike racks were finished with a Triplex powder coating in black, providing Newport Girls High School a sleek and professional-looking cycle shelter guaranteed for an industry-leading 25 years!
