Stonebound resin bound makeover for property in Kent
The client was looking to create a new paved area with the wow factor for the front of their property to provide ample parking space and access to the house.
Solution
Following the dig-out and installation of an asphalt base, Addagrip approved contractor Unique Resin Surfaces was invited by the client to install a 6mm Stonebound resin bound permeable system to offer a practical, decorative paving solution. The design required the use of two grey Stonebound blends to create a perimeter border and delineate the semicircular step feature. An 18mm metal edging strip was used to separate the darker Stonebound blend used for the main area.
The installation was completed in February 2023.
Result
The client is delighted with the transformation which offers a low-maintenance, seamless paving option which can be power washed to keep it looking pristine.
