Heavy-duty root bridges were used to ramp onto a geocellular system, creating access for a pair of semi-detached houses in Wokingham.

The RootBridge 50kN system was installed within the RPA of a category A tree, and left as exposed mesh to keep the build-up low.

1.8m screw piles were used to support the steelwork, lifting the load above the tree's roots to prevent compaction.

Installation took place prior to the construction of the houses to allow traffic into the site.
