The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh was building a new, efficient, eco-friendly and sustainable energy centre, and state-of-the-art plant health suite.
Requirement
Access to the area where the building was being constructed passed close by several trees, calling for a temporary root protection system capable of supporting construction traffic up to 30 ton.
Solution
The RootBridge 50kN system was used to bridge these areas, creating two short sections of fully-supported roadway.
