Level invert on headwalls
The photo above is one of our smaller RSFA headwalls (RSFA18B 01 1150) showing a great example of when a customer requires the pipe ID at level invert. We cast in a slightly larger opening than the OD of the pipe to make installation easier on site, once the pipe is in the correct position site will fill the void around the pipe with high strength

We cast in a slightly larger opening than the OD of the pipe to make installation easier on site, once the pipe is in the correct position site will fill the void around the pipe with high strength non shrink grout. The SFA1 Outfall Safety Grille is fitted to the headwall 150mm up from the spillway as standard when the pipe ID is level with the spillway.
