Overview

Langley Design worked with Morgan Sindall on the £9million Calthorpe Park School project in Fleet, Hampshire, manufacturing and installing a package of street furniture.

Work undertaken

As a bespoke manufacturer, Langley was able to construct two steel canopies with a powder-coated finish to match the architect's design. One is used for cycle parking, while the other is used as an outdoor covered seating area which can be used for many purposes including teaching, socialising and dining.

A number of benches, litter bins and door barriers were manufactured for the courtyard spaces.

The school opted for Douglas fir timber with a powder-coated finish to complement the its colour scheme.
