Langley Design was approached directly by End Clothing, a contemporary men's clothing store, after seeing examples of the company's work elsewhere. Langley Design was approached directly by End Clothing, a contemporary men's clothing store, after seeing examples of the company's work elsewhere. They wanted to expand their external dining and seating areas at their headquarters in Newcastle whilst also offering a covered smoking/vape area for their staff.
Solution
Langley manufactured eight timber picnic table sets with 16 benches, giving the client exactly what they needed to provide ample seating in the breakout area. The furniture allows employees to enjoy the outdoors whilst dining, socialising and coming up with the next creative workflow idea.
Langley used the same galvanised steel and timber from the benches to keep the timber-clad smoking shelter design in keeping with the area and products around, whilst also offering a covered area for employees that protects them from the elements.
