Floral planters encourage visitors to Welsh market town

A planting scheme by civic floral display specialist Plantscape has helped to address vandalism and litter issues in Llanrwst, Conwyn. The town has previously won the silver award in two Wales in Bloom contests, and has hosted the National Eisteddfod. The blooms have attracted so many positive comments that Plantscape was asked to extend the
