Kuborn Square was the subject of a project co-ordinated with that of the new City Hall as an architectural ensemble interacting with the urban context.
Products supplied
The majority of the square's surface is covered with large light grey concrete slabs and is structured by bands of anthracite concrete paving blocks, symbolising the coal seams in the subsoil. The finish of the slabs is ground (Fino). All large concrete slabs and concrete blocks were given a chemical-physical seal that facilitates maintenance.
