Glasgow City Council installed two stand-alone, semi-underground waste systems, manufactured by ESE, in Kelvingrove Park. They are located on a large, open slope that normally attracts a high amount of visitors as traditional post-mounted and free-standing litter bins were struggling to cope with the volume of rubbish
