For over 100 years Wicksteed has been manufacturing steel and timber playground equipment for local authorities, town and parish councils, schools and holiday parks. Wicksteed prides itself on the fact that many of its earliest pieces of playground equipment are still being played on today. The build quality of our play products is so good that even after many years spent submerged in the sea, steps from our pedestal slides were still in great condition having been found at the beach on the Isle of Wight!
Wicksteed playground equipment has been manufactured at the same premises since 1918 and all of our products are made with the same emphasis on quality and fun that Charles Wicksteed founded the company on.
