Context

eibe supplied and installed a bespoke castle-themed play unit for Milton Creek Country Park in Kent. The destination park in Sittingbourne is described as a tranquil oasis for wildlife, and features a large natural play area, as well as events spaces and a plethora of paths that meander through acres of wild woodland.

Work undertaken

Working alongside Daniel Gooch, Green Space Manager (Interim) of Swale Borough Council, the £20,000 project was completed in the school holidays.

The eibe team utilised the existing tube slide to create a new and unique play item that sits on a hill within the current playspace, overlooking its surroundings.

Constructed with play value in mind – climbing, balancing, sliding - the new castle will ensure the park is as busy as ever.
