Context
Barkers supplied its high-security steel palisade fencing system StronGuard™ RCS for an area of railway track at Pershore station, Worcestershire.
The system was required to mitigate the risk of a road vehicle accidentally obstructing the railway.
Product supplied
StronGuard™ RCS75 is the only standalone fence accredited to PAS68: 2010:7500 (N2)/48/90 0.0/0.3 stopping a 7500kg vehicle at 30mph.
StronGuard™ RCS was fitted adjacent to the railway platform in order to secure the site from vehicle-borne threat.
