Requirement
Addagrip approved contractor Total Protection (GB) Ltd was contracted to install over 1700m2 of BBA-approved Addaset resin bound surfacing as part of the redevelopment of the former Minchenden School site in Southgate, London.
Product supplied
As part of the works to convert an area of the site into a school for upper end aged secondary autistic pupils, Total Protection (GB) Ltd was appointed by Thomas Sinden to install a resilient, seamless, porous surfacing in contrasting colours for the external communal areas.
The client opted for 6mm Dorset Gold for the majority of the surface with a contrasting 6mm Lucerne Silver for the benched seating areas.
Outcome
Work was completed over a period of 6 non-consecutive days to meet the client's deadline to ensure that the new surface was ready for the opening of the school.
