ASF was approached to design and manufacture a version of its ASF 5006 handrail for the steps at the newly-refurbished Bradford Library.
Solution
A site survey and drawings were completed.
Double- and single-sided handrails were supplied.
The ASF 5006 handrail has a mitred-top bollard as the post but, as an added feature on this project, mitred tops were used on the stair risers and flat tops on the level areas.
ASF also completed an area of glass balustrade on the walkway at the top of the stairs. This included channel-fixed and side-mounted toughened glass panels.
ASF surveyed, designed, drew and manufactured the systems.
