To meet the stringent security requirements of this 32,000m2 data centre site, Jacksons installed 172m of Securi-Mesh® Plus SR2 security fencing, which was galvanised and polyester powder coated to RAL 6005 (green). The company also supplied three matching bi-folding speed gates and three 4m rising arm barriers

Context
Kao London One, situated at the heart of the London-Stansted-Cambridge corridor, is one of the UK’s most advanced data centres.
Challenge
The first phase of the £200 million data centre campus was completed at the start of 2018 and required a robust and extensive high-security perimeter solution.
Solution
To meet the stringent security requirements of the 32,000m2 site, Jacksons installed 172m of Securi-Mesh® Plus SR2 security fencing, which was galvanised and polyester powder-coated to RAL 6005 (green).
The company also supplied three matching bi-folding speed gates to control access and egress to the site, as well as three 4m rising arm barriers.
