The table-top fountain created by Fountains Direct at One Tower Bridge, London doubles up as a feature clock.

The water feature is made up of 84 jets, set in 12 segments. Each segment has four outer jets, each representing 15 minutes, and a central jet representing the hour. The other 24 jets are arc jets (two per segment) that are independent of the clock.

Each jet is supplied with water using a DMX controlled submersible pump installed within a large void in the middle of the granite-clad table-top.

The lighting is all DMX controlled RGBW underwater LEDs supplied by the company's German partners OASE, who also make the pumps.

The mixed use site has numerous other water features running the length of the private roof garden including water walls, dancing fountain jets and a tall column feature.

The whole of the landscape was completed by Maylim Ltd and was designed by Squire & Partners. Fountains Direct designed the fountain system.

The scheme won the 2017 BALI Grand Award.

Fountains Direct undertakes the on-going maintenance of the fountain.
