Context

Battersea power station, a 1930's iconic industrial landmark, is at the centre of a vast development that aims to become a flagship project in London.

A team of leading professionals at Battersea Power Station Development Company (BPSDC) have brought a huge amount of knowledge to the scheme, together with experience of developing large-scale developments both in London and around the world.

The key objective is to create a multi-functional, mixed-use place in 42 acres of former industrial land.  Homes, workspaces, shops, restaurants, cafés and cultural venues will combine with 18 acres of public space to create a thriving neighbourhood and community.
