Bespoke cast iron bollards for public realm - Whitwood

Challenge

ASF was approached by an urban design team to produce a new pattern cast iron bollard based on their design for a site in Whitwood, West Yorkshire.

Solution

ASF handmade the pattern in their on-site pattern shop and produced samples of the bollard for approval.

Once approved a number of bollards were manufactured from 100% recycled, engineering grade 250 cast iron.
