Northwood School in North West London is one of the latest schools to benefit from Jacksons fencing and gate solutions, helping make the new school's perimeter security safe and secure.

Designed and built by Lizard Landscape Design and Farrans Construction Ltd, Northwood School is a £35 million regeneration project, part of a larger £145 million secondary school building and expansion programme by the London Borough of Hillingdon.

The Borough Council had noted that the old school was in ‘dire need of repair’ and that a rebuilt school site would benefit students and reflect the wider redevelopment of the area.

The modernised school is truly fit for purpose, accommodating over 1,000 students across three stories, and protecting them with 650 metres of Jacksons’ security solutions using a range of perimeter security applications.

Northwood School uses a variety of Jacksons products for a range of purposes, all designed to make the site safe and secure for students, staff, and visitors. Offering classic looks with simple fixing and anti-climb features, Barbican Imperial® is ideal for preventing unauthorised entry and exit, with matching double leaf gates for access.
