Glass canopy provides cover at London school

In February 2017 Chris Wright, the Estates Bursar at Emanuel School in Battersea, South London, invited Zenith to quote for a canopy to cover their pupils from the elements whilst queuing in the playground outside the dining room.
Solution
Ian Manners of Zenith presented several options, which included visuals, to the school and Chris and the senior management team selected an 8 x 2m Simplicity 6 Series glass canopy with a Victorian upgrade, which is more in-keeping with the surrounding buildings.
The aluminium framework was powder-coated in blue to match the school colours, and the roof is made from 6mm toughened glass.
The canopy was also installed by Zenith.
Outcome
When the pupils returned for the start of the summer term they were delighted to see the new canopy which will protect them from the sun, wind and rain all the year round whilst waiting to enter the dining room.
