ESA Architecture (a part of Capita) contacted Factory Furniture with the aim of the company producing ESA's designs for four illuminated benches for the entrance plaza of the newly re-developed Bower building on the prestigious Stockley Park business estate in Uxbridge.
The benches are all 6m long and have stout FSC timber seat slats supported by a galvanised steel sub-frame, which is concealed behind a paved stone cladding surround.
Each bench is illuminated along its longest side with concealed LED strip lighting for an eye-catching effect at night.
